Log In Assistance

Your User ID and PIN number are used to access your account, request material, download digital media, use library computers, Express Checkout Machines and more.

The User ID

The User ID is the string of numbers located located under the barcode on your Library card. If your card has a letter "P" before the numbers, do not include it.

The PIN (Personal Identification Number)

Your PIN is a number assigned when you register for a Library card.

Your PIN is either:

• a number of your choice.
• default = last four digits of your phone number. 

Change PIN

You may wish to change your PIN. The preceding link will allow you to change it if you know your current PIN.
