Welcome to the Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library
We are a system comprised of 13 branches, and a Mobile Library that aim to serve and enhance the lives of the nearly 700,000 residents of San Joaquin County. In addition to our branch and mobile libraries, we also provide Literacy Services via a mobile family literacy unit known as Training Wheels.
This is your library, providing something for everyone. This is the place to be if you are interested in best sellers, movies, music, a rich collection of books on just about every subject you can imagine, parent resources, employment resources, electronic resources, computer training, programs for children, active teen committees, homework assistance, and more.
Combine all our services with knowledgeable, helpful staff and comfortable seating in a welcoming environment and we are your home away from home.
